Read @.github/copilot-instructions.md and inspect the dimensions and visual aspect ratio of @assets/player.png, but don't write code yet.

Assistant

Read .github/copilot-instructions.md.

assets/player.png dimensions: 246 × 344 px
Visual aspect ratio: 0.715:1 (portrait), equivalent to 123:172.

Build a Chrome Dino Runner clone on an 800x300 HTML5 Canvas. Use @assets/player.png as the player sprite (with jump and duck physics), and create an svg-assets.js module containing inline SVG obstacles (small/large cacti, 2-frame flying bird) and scrolling SVG clouds/ground.

Assistant

Implementation proceeded through the approved plan and fleet workflow.

- Added inline SVG cacti, animated bird, clouds, and ground in svg-assets.js
- Added game.js with player sprite, jump/duck physics, obstacles, scrolling scenery, scoring, increasing speed, collisions, pause/restart, day/night styling, and persistent high score
- Validation passed: node syntax checks and HTTP smoke tests

Fleet deployed: I forgot to mention, follow the checkpoint commit policy in @.github\copilot-instructions.md and initialize an empty repository in my github and traceback and recommit every progress there then push to main directly. While doing traceback and recommiting utilize sub-agents to do the task.

Assistant

Created private GitHub repository: https://github.com/HitsukiMok/CopilotDemo

- Configured origin and pushed directly to main
- Replayed four conventional checkpoint commits
- Verified clean working tree, remote history, and JavaScript syntax checks

Enhance Pastel Runner with harder aerial obstacles, a "How to Play" section, a persistent Leaderboard, and a "View Copilot CLI Session" tab, ready for Cloudflare Pages deployment.

Assistant

Implemented and pushed the enhancement to main.

Added multi-height sprinting birds with warnings, duck controls, score modal/name validation, local + Cloudflare leaderboard support, How to Play card, mobile Duck button, session transcript tab, and Cloudflare KV configuration.

Validation passed: JavaScript syntax checks, local HTTP smoke tests, clean working tree, and remote main verification.

Where did the completion reviewer found issues

Assistant

The reviewer’s findings came from conflicting historical task context:

1. An incorrect square-ratio claim.
2. The correct 246×344 portrait-ratio finding.
3. The obsolete inspection-only constraint conflicting with later implementation requests.

The player rendering was restored to the verified portrait ratio.

Commit the last few remaining tasks and push it to main

Assistant

All remaining work was already committed and pushed. main was clean and synchronized with origin/main; Git reported “Everything up-to-date”.
